Cancellation Policy

To Cancel or Reschedule let us know within 48 hours of the appointment. If rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment it would be up to the business owner who might offer a goodwill gesture of another appointment booking or discount on rebooking the appointment. (This should be agreed within 7 days of the original appointment. After this time we don’t guarantee a replacement appointment) Should there be no access or no one at the property at the scheduled appointment we will call you and wait up to 15 minutes. We require enough time on site to complete the appointment so we can’t guarantee to be able to wait any longer without impacting another appointment. If this happens the options will be discussed with you. If no response is received within 1 working day then the service will be considered cancelled and no refund will be made. Should you experience a genuine emergency where for whatever reason you can’t make contact this will be considered under goodwill on a case by case basis.
